This place can taste good when they make your food properly, the issue is if they will. This place is happy to send you substitutions without asking whether you want them and will send out overcooked food. If you want to roll the dice and see if they deliver a good experience then go for it, but don't be surprised if your eggs benedict is actually horrendously overcooked poached eggs on slices of toasted white bread.

Saw this franchise was for sale, and now I know whyWe called the day before and asked if they would be open, staff confirmed. Asked for a reservation for 10 but we were told it was a first come first serve for the long weekend. No problem.Showed up the next morning about 9AM and asked for a table for 10. The hostess said no, sorry we can 't make you a table of 10. I said no problem, just seat us next to each other we will be fine. Another girl then continued to say because it 's a holiday, and they were expecting to fill up in the next hour we would have to be seated in separate sections. I literally couldn 't believe my ears and thought it was a joke. She said sorry, but that 's the policy . As she stepped away away I asked the hostess for the manager and she said that is the manager... Eventually I said no problem, I am not going to tell you how to run your business, we will be happy to spend our money elsewhere.The restaurant had about 6-8 diners at the time, and there was nobody else in line to be seated at the time.Still not sure if they are actually enforcing some incompetent managers policy, or they were singling us out for some other reason...
