Tim Hortons - Ottawa

Too far were the worst tim hortons I've ever had. they are extremely slow and often rude for the customers. I also ordered a carrot cake muffin today, but there was no butter cream in it? like what? Literally waited in line for over 10 minutes.

When I was eating a A egg English muffin sandwich I seen A bunch of egg shells in my sandwich Then I tried to talk to one of the employees and they told me the manager wasn?t there also they were being very unprofessional and wouldn?t give me a refund.

I go to this tim Hortons 2-3 times a week as I work right beside the mall. I don?t like to write bad reviews but I?ve seriously had enough. This is the most unorganized, slow and neglected Tim Hortons I may have ever been to. I am forced to go to it because of the location convenience from my work, I normally wait 15 minutes or more for a farmers wrap, Hash brown and sometimes coffee. Maybe half of the time, they forget to put a hash brown on the wrap but give me one on the side. I don?t think I?ve ever seen a manager there or any authority figure. It?s several staff who seem like they don?t know what to do and when they get stuck, they all huddle up and try to figure it out together. Making things take even longer and showing that they need someone to properly train/supervise them. This is NO way to run a franchise like Tim Hortons especially in a mall. I?m sorry for a bad review but something seriously needs to be done. It?s gotten worse since September when I first noticed things going wrong. Please address these issues, I am going A&W breaky otherwise and that is not something I want to do lol.

Co-Worker went a grabbed a chicken wrap and the chicken was RAW. That is a serious issue that needs to be addressed immediately.

We waited in line for a bit, it didn?t long. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a large ice coffee. It was delicious!
