Bidra med feedbackOrdered for takeout and when I got home, I found one item was missing. The manager was a class act. Refunded for the item, remade the item and complementary dessert. I’ve never had a problem with this location and that still remains true. They obviously care deeply about their customers.
I have been a loyal customer of The Keg for many years. However, after two disappointing experiences at the Manor Keg four and five years ago, I have not returned. Since then, I have frequented the Stittsville Keg, where I have always enjoyed exceptional meals and service. Unfortunately, my recent visit left me completely disappointed. Despite ordering my steak medium-rare, it arrived cooked to medium. We had to ask for bread three times before receiving it, which was a departure from the usual service. Additionally, only half of our party received the mushrooms that are normally included in our meal, prompting the rest of us to request them. This experience was a letdown and I do not plan on returning. My friends have also shared similar stories about their recent visits to The Keg.
Dinner last night was excellent and so was the service. Dining out has become expensive and you need to feel it's worth it. DEFINITELY worth it.tipping is easy when the crew does a great
The worst experience I have ever had, surely I will never go back . It was on Friday night even though we had a reservation , we waited for the table for 1hour and half maybe longer. I wished I had left. The steak it was horrible, I asked for no pork on the plate and still my plate had pork. I did mention to the waitress and it seems she didn’t care , this location felt like it was over staffed, under performing. I did left hungry after all , awful place and service.
This was our first visit to this location, which was on the occasion of my sister and her husband visit.Overall, the experience was great, otherwise pricy. We had a great server and the ambience was cosy and intimate. I may return for a special occasion.
