Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I had the worst service at this Swiss Chalet compared to any others I have visited before. Could it be that the service is different on the East Coast? The service was extremely slow.

I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry dish for $15.99 and added the Super Sunday special for an additional $4.99. I also had a pint of Mill Street Brewery beer. The Super Sunday special was really good and I would give it 4 stars.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the sweet heat salad. Overall, everything was great.

Whenever I go to Canada, the first place I go is Swiss Chalet. It has always been my favorite stop for chicken dinner. I love it despite all the negative reviews. You can get a half chicken dinner with fries and a roll for about $14. So good.

I like stopping at Swiss Chalet when I travel as I find it is comforting food, fast, efficient and easy.So I decided to have my wife and kids have a lunch there before going in the family since we were passing by (it was there first time). I was so disappointed for them as this experience was not great.The food for our plate was almost cold (except one of our kids), the plate my wife chose was really not good, no taste.The service was really slow despite having very few people only, and missing some condiments. I had to go up to ask our server to get ketchup and BBQ sauce that was forgotten in my plate.Usually pretty satisfied with Swiss Chalet but this time, ouch, sooo disappointed.
