Subway - Ottawa

The new restaurant initially served a sandwich with poorly balanced proportions. The owner took responsibility for the mistake and added 2 extra cookies. The owner was very kind, but new staff members need more training.

Older ladies who are always here are probably the worst customer service I've ever had. can not welcome them in loading, they can not ask what they want, cannot manage their employees or time. usually do nothing in the back. can not offer combo or any supplements. can't even tell me the price of my order. what does this person do?

Dreadful service! rude posture, screwy soak machine shoots out of the wrong liquid from what I really wanted. I asked many times for pickles and no pickles.

Even through the low standards of the subway, this is a terrible business. the personal is incompetent and the location is shut down. they will stay.

The restaurant claims to be open 24 hours on weekends, but when I stopped by at 9:30 on Saturday, it was clearly closed.
