Pinelopi's Greek Kitchen - Ottawa

I still dream of food! Husband and I had a wonderful date night in Pinelopi last week. The atmosphere is romantic and modern. Our waitress did such a great job. Our drinks were delicious. We usually test restaurants with their appetizers to give us an idea of what to expect during the meal. We had two appetizers called Loukaniko (it is the one with grilled Greek sausage and gazed paprika and onions), and other appetizer was Tessera. OMG. Every single spread was delicious. Presentation was nice. We all ate them! There is no shame. Our main dishes were fantastic. It's one of our go-to-spots now. It was filling and good pottery. Hat to the boss!

My wife loves everything. Delicious food, much better than expected. Large Entrees, large main plates, exquisite cocktails, intimate environments and friendly staff. Would return 100

Wow….the food is amazing, nice quiet atmosphere and the staff are terrific. There was just nothing to complain about except leaving very full with a takeaway box for desert….which was so very generous…… All of the staff are very attentive and pleasant to deal with…… a must for lovers of Mediterranean and specifically Greek food…. You will not be disappointed.

We visited my mother's birthday last night. I make this assessment because we had a spectacular service that we had not expected from both the server and the chef. I am vegetarian and my sister in the law is vegan, and despite no vegan options on the menu, they were happy to create her something delicious and amazing that was a kind of pesto (without the cheese gnocchi with mushrooms. Delicious and fresh food and great service! I took my father for a birthday dinner, and we sat at Pinelopi's for the first time. I ordered the Santorini chicken that was delicious! And our waiter Andreas did a great job. He was very attentive and delivered great service!
