Let's talk about enjoying life to the fullest! Every person who follows a gluten-free diet, whether they are new to it or have been following it for years, knows the challenges that come with this dietary restriction. It can be difficult to find appropriate products at local grocery stores, and even harder to find something suitable on a restaurant menu. For years, unless we chose to eat at health-conscious restaurants, it was nearly impossible to find a guaranteed gluten-free meal, and the options available were often bland and unappetizing, making dining out less enjoyable. Thankfully, things have improved over the years for gluten-free diners. With increased awareness of gluten sensitivity, the options for those of us who need to avoid gluten have expanded. The one thing I have struggled to find are indulgent French-style pastries... until now!

This restaurant is the most impressive gluten-free establishment I have visited in the past 25 years. They offer a fantastic selection of delicious sweets and gourmet food, and the service was exceptional and attentive. They truly made my day. While sitting on the patio enjoying my grilled sandwich, I convinced others to come inside as well.

We were thrilled to find this restaurant! They had a great variety of gluten free pastries and a wide selection of lunch/dinner options and sandwiches. We tried a cream eclair, gingerbread cookie, Nanaimo bar, lasagna, pizza, chocolate tart, and lemon meringue tart, and they were all delicious. We even took home a tourtiere and a big box of pastries for New Year's Eve. The service was fast and very friendly. We will definitely be coming back to this place whenever we are in Canada.

The absolute best restaurant in Ottawa! I'm from Moncton New Brunswick and this is always my first stop! The most delicious food and friendliest staff! Very cozy: highly recommend

As a Celiac, I love this 100% gluten free bakery right in the heart of downtown Ottawa! They have everything gluten free from sandwiches, pizzas, to a selection of desserts. Service is amazing. Caroline is very nice! Highly recommend this place!
