Milano Pizzeria - Ottawa

My family ordered a half vegetarian, half cheese pizza and it was absolutely delicious! The service was top-notch, with friendly staff. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant and I highly recommend it to others.

Amazing customer service Every time I go there my food is done super quickly and they're always super nice

Food is great but they often forget to add ingredients. Just today I paid $3 extra for cheese on my 3 burgers, and all 3 of them were missing cheese. They very often forget to provide garlic sauce with the chick'n nuggets (I always check the package before I leave now, and ask because it's usually missing). One time, they added cow's cheese to my vegan burger. The food is actually really good, just need to check them on their service will definitely order again anyways. Also their site has some issues with the pizza/dip ordering which I've brought up to them a few times (years ago), and it's still not fixed.

I had accidentally placed an order here through Uber Eats. I cancelled it within 1 to 2 minutes. They charged me because Milanos already started preparing food . Really? In the 120 seconds from when I placed it to when I canceled, they cooked food? I was charged anyways and Uber is refusing to pay me back as Milanos already started prepping the order. I blame both Uber and Milanos. I ecpect the pizza I ordered delivered now since I paid 60 bucks for it. Lets go Milanos. Get on it.
