McDonald's (Bronson) - Ottawa

The service was fast, although they said that my order takes a little. A child splashed her sink and an employee cleaned the mess and offered the child a new cup. The whole location is very clean. The food was typical of McDonalds, except coffee. The xl double coffee was perfect. 5/5.

Excellent service. During the weekend to this McDees and the service was much better than other mcd's in the area. The food was also very fresh. Order a cheeseburger and a big Mac! Happy with the decision I made!

Rachel deserves such a boost and all credit. She was a joy to serve ourselves, but we also saw them serving other orders with nothing as grace. It was attentive in every respect and was also disrespectful of food safety and general safety. She deserves a bonus.

Exceptional customer service experience 1 August at 4:20 pm. Today I visited McDonald's in the Glebe to buy my dinner. I decided to visit the main cash to make my purchase. Since I was not sure what I wanted to eat and the prices for everything, a server called Delight took my order. He allowed me to take my time and change my order several times. I wanted to acknowledge how friendly and patient Delight was throughout the process. He never complained about the many changes in order and remained composed. I want to praise him for his superior customer service skills, patience and courtesy. He really exceeded my expectations. It was a nice order of him. To the next time! Honest, Raza M. I’ve been a customer for 6 years and frequently visit four to five times a week. The staff are quick and friendly unless they are newly hired but that’s understandable. This location has been serving fresh food consistently. It’s very much the typical food experience you’d find in most locations. It tends to get busy at times but thats to be expected given the location.
