Lorenzo's Restaurant - Ottawa

I had a pizza lorenzo special it was a deal when they ordered a big one they had a pfund free wing. that sounded good, but what a deception! the wings were super dry tasted like a few days old. the pizza was also dry. the crust was not thin crust as desired and it was really not very good. so no longer lorenzo on arch st. never.

How hard it is for a place called Lorenzo’s pizza to make perfect pizza. it seems that the grasp of the perfect pizza no longer exists! I wanted the tip of my pizza golden, but realized when I picked up that I should say good. because golden means the crust and well made means that the cheese so ended I with golden crust, white cheese above not golden. Of course, the metered mgr or who has ever been tried to explain the difference that still sounds stupid because I said I want the top gold. the chef was nice enough to give it back in the many to make the cheese on top golden, but it seems he was over. when I tried to house it, I realized that the whole crust was so dry as seriously what happened to these popular pizza sites that everyone once loved, it seems that they don't even care about the call of their pizza, why should someone care to buy their pizza, no wonder that the place looks as dry as their pizza, and believe it to me when I say that I gave it to you. this time I have to say adios amigos!

Decent neighboring bar and has ok to eat. while I get that they are slowly reopening because of covid they can still try to welcome. every time I go, whether midday or late night beer, I am always greeted with a greeting that we close soon or the server tries to talk us out of the order of means of life. how they let their hours sort out because they make it uncomfortable to go. are you open or not?

My wife ordered and paid a pizza with credit card from the Lorenzo website yesterday. when I went to collect the waitress, then the manager claimed no payment was made and denied me the pizza. I showed the manager the email message that the bill had been paid by credit card, at which point the manager abruptly and aggressively told me that this was not her problem and told me that I contacted the company that runs her website again so that it did not leave the restaurant that it paid. to say I was shocked and appalled does not do justice. unnecessary to say neither we nor our friends in the neighbourhood will ever spend money on this place again.

We ordered a pint of Stella, a bottle of Corona and 2 Salads. One Caesar and the other Greek. Probably the WORST salads that we have ever had. The Caesar didn't contain any Romaine lettuce at all, and barely a dusting of parmesan cheese, and...nothing else. The Greek salad just contained a mix of lettuce greens, a few olive slices, and barely a sprinkling of feta cheese. Terrible. One draft beer and a bottle of Corona on its own came to over $18. Sure won't be going back there. The only food that looked edible was the Pizza. So if you have to go eat that and be careful what beer you order.
