Bidra med feedbackI ordered the lumberjack breakfast and my partner ordered the baked bowl. Overall, the food was delicious. The French toast was mediocre and the syrup was plain, but the home fries and sourdough toast were surprisingly good. Our waitress quickly greeted us and asked if we wanted coffee or tea, without mentioning the price. We found out later that the Red Rose tea bags were $2.80 each, which felt a bit expensive for a plain tea bag. The waitress seemed busy and while she was pleasant and answered our questions, she didn't seem very interested in spending much time with us. She only checked in once to see if the food was good. The smaller Asian lady who served us didn't introduce herself and forgot to warn us that the baked bowl was hot. My fiancée almost burned her finger because of this. The breakfast for two was a bit on the pricier side at $35, but the portions were huge. My partner couldn't finish her baked bowl and opted for a bowl of fruit instead of toast. I, on the other hand, finished my lumberjack breakfast but as a 6' 200 lbs. guy in my late 20s, I was satisfied after eating only half of it.
This family-friendly restaurant is perfect for seniors and easily accommodates walkers. Our waitress was extremely helpful and attentive.
Went for brunch with a group — lots of space and classic diner fare. The server was very attentive and made sure our coffee cups were never dry I ordered the German style sausage with eggs and they were exactly what they should have been for the atmosphere and diner vibes. Affordable too! Will definitely be returning!
Food is always good here. Atmosphere is nice. Staff is always friendly. Only bad experience I've ever had was years ago at Easter. A waitress plopped my baby cousins hand into jello after specifically being told that they couldn't have it. Fries are the best though!
The restaurant offers generous portions at affordable prices. It can get crowded, so make sure to be prepared to place your order and help out your servers.
