Harvey's Restaurants - Ottawa

I have had a different experience at another restaurant, Blue Cactus, where they forgot to include an item I ordered. When I returned to the restaurant, they not only gave me a fresh batch with extras, but also gave me a $20 gift card for my next visit. They trusted my word without requiring any references, unlike my experience at Harvey's. This is a prime example of great customer service, something Harvey's could learn from.

We had a really enjoyable experience at this restaurant. The server was very friendly and had a lot of positive energy. Even though we were unsure of what to order, he guided us through the menu and made the experience really wonderful.

The burgers and fries/onion rings are good, but the real star of the show are the shakes. The Oreo, Nutella, and other flavors are delicious!

The person who took my order was not very nice and probably used the wrong method as my card was rejected, even though I used it all day. I suspect she used debit instead of credit, because after two declarations it was a credit card that I paid debit and it worked. I could say that she didn't even listen when I told her that. but eating was good and hot and the service was fast. it could have been a 5 stars.
