Fiazza Fresh Fired - Ottawa

Like the pizza, and the service is very attentive. Very pleasant staff to deal with.I might have over 10 orders from there, all pickup orders. I have always had a positive experience in the restaurant.

I was very impressed with the amount and quality of vegan and vegetarian options. The vegan cheese as great it looked and felt like real cheese, bubbly, crunchy and golden. The vegan Alfredo was fabulous also. Can’t wait to go back and try some new vegan creations. Thank you Fiazza!

Ordered pizza though Uber, it asked if there was allergies, I selected the allergies. One being dairy, I asked for goat cheese. There was less than a slices worth of goat cheese added, but, they added some other cheese onto the pizza, which now my wife can't touch. There was a total of 3 green olives on the pizza, and I counted 9 pieces of onion. Which were both charged for, I asked for arugula, charged for, didn't get it. The pizza arrived, not only completely wrong, but I honestly can't believe they would actually sell the pizza they made. Not.just charge me 25 bucks for it, but just sell this pizza that looked terrible. I get missing something on an order, but messing almost every single part of the order up. I called the restaurant, and I will say the girl I spoke to was very polite and understanding. When I mentioned all the issues she did seem genuinely empathetic, however, she didn't really seemed surprised with the complaint itself. Now, that could be the customer service aspect of the convo, so not sure if it's a one off or more than that. Due to this issue, and a couple of so-so experiences previously, we will no longer deal with the Barrhaven location ever again. It's unfortunate cause when things are done properly, the food taste well. But never seeming to get my monies worth, plus not taking someone's allergies seriously..... hard pass

The pizza here rivals pizza I've had in Italy. The crust is tasty and thin, with a delightful texture. Ingredients were fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gourmet pizza at chain-restaurant prices.Vegetarian options: Half of the menu is vegan pizzas. They use vegan cheese.

The best local pizzeria chain in Ottawa! We tried different craft pizzas and every sauce they have gives the pizza a whole different taste. There are multiple restaurants that make craft pizza, but they do not taste as fresh! Staff were very courteous and friendly, and were knowledgeable about their menu.
