Copper Spirits & Sights - Ottawa

Great place, but management really has to be answered about the phones never at any time in the bar or restaurant. server said they don't even have a phone that's very strange. I tried to call this place several times over two days without success.

Bad choices of moderate eating and slow service. also no crown royal. this is Canada?

I was extremely disappointed with my reservation. The lighting was very bright. The service was exceptionally slow. It took a very long time to get a server to our table, a moderate time to receive our drinks and food and then we didn’t see our server again. We were never offered anything else and too long to get our bill. We were a group of seven and everyone felt the same. I had hoped for a much better celebratory evening for my daughter’s birthday

Didn’t order food but I couldn’t pass without selecting one

I was celebrating my birthday and decided to go to that place with my wife hoping to have some nice time together. I was IMPRESSED by all the service staff. Specially, The lady who served us was a pro. There is a nice fireplace outside with a 5 star view of downtown sided south. I recommend that place.
