Cafe Nero - Ottawa

Fantastic coffee made just the way you want it. Sandwiches are delicious. Atmosphere is welcoming and they don't blast loud music. Bonus! What makes this place stand out even more is the lovely staff who are genuinely interested in making a connection with you.

In a no-name strip mall it's easy to pass by. Had a really good roasted vegetable sandwich, with the house pesto, and soup. Just the thing for the cold wet day outside. Everything is homemade and good. Great spot to drop by and have a comfortable and comforting meal.

Nice selection of pretty much everything, with great service and a friendly atmosphere,The Tomato Basil Mozzarella sandwich was a nice blend, good but not amazing.The Brie Melt was perfect rich and creamy with great flavor.The Breakfast Sandwich was a bit bland, she did suggest spicy mayo which would have been perfect but we chose basil mayo (which did not give it enough bite)The Latte was OK but nothing more however the cold chocolate was very nice.The Coconut chocolate drink was nice but very sweet.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The owners are so welcoming and they consistently serve delicious food. And to top it off, it's conveniently located in my neighborhood.

The staff at this restaurant is incredible. The service is top-notch! They treat their customers like old friends, offering thoughtful and attentive suggestions.
