Bidra med feedbackDuring lunch, I ordered a burrito bowl at a busy restaurant. Despite the crowds, they were able to make my food in front of me. The customer service was lacking, with moments of rudeness, but the food was tasty. I do suggest they melt the cheese on top instead of serving it cold.
The restaurant offers delicious and affordable fresh food with fast and friendly service. My favorite is the small burrito, which is surprisingly large. One downside is the limited access and parking. The lot is small and shared with other businesses, and getting in from Bank Street is blocked by a median. It's necessary to know the area and enter from Northbound Bank Street via Hunt Club. Similarly, when leaving, you must exit onto Hunt Club and loop around through Walmart to head South on Bank Street.
This restaurant serves amazing food with fresh ingredients at a great price. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Seems humble on the outside, and like a run-of-the-mill fast food joint on the inside, but Burrito Gringo's food is impressive. Everything tastes fresh, home-made, and perfectly seasoned. Variety of spiciness levels and spicy add-ons (jalapenos, sauces, etc. to keep a variety of palates happy. Plenty of gluten-free options, plus fast service and reasonable prices. Their large burrito is serious, probably too much unless you're dying of hunger; a small burrito for lunch is plenty for me. <br/ <br/ Burrito Gringo outclasses nearby Mucho Burrito completely, it's not even close. This place is a total win, and a nice change from the usual Ottawa fast-food scene of burgers, shawarmas and poutines. Hope it stays in business, since the location is a bit awkward and even during lunch hours I'm seeing only a handful of customers!
Great burritos. We regularly go to lunch here. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are large, and the staff is friendly and courteous.
