Burger King - Ottawa

I came here to my experience with the passing workers and their rude manager called manpreet (something close to it). Before I wrote this review, I checked reviews to make sure that I was not the only one who went this so-called unfortunate experience with the staff in this Burger King. I have never experienced something similar in my life as what I have been through with the staff there. completely rudely treats them like a animal and let them wait for too long and if they complain that it takes long they begin to skip their order and they wait more, I never write reviews for restirants, but as mentioned, I never came across such barbarian manager and rude staff in my life.

Had a little wait for our food (in the thru running gear), but the server was polite. the food was as expected. King meal negotiates good amount of food at a good price.

Fast ever, worst stay away from this place! my son and I went before two weeks there and ordered chickenburger meal. the chicken burgers were mischievous and from the taste of them it was clear that there sat for hours. the brot was muddy and really disgusting. these burgers should not have been expelled! the owner and the personal who runs this place are cheap and have no customer service experience and care. I'd never get into this burger king!

Tolerable quality when they have no lineup.Put this team under even minor pressure and they fall apart.Today: half hour wait for 4 car line. Cold food. No sauce on sandwich. No straw.Never go when even the smallest lineup. You will waste your time.

Employees in this store are deaf and blind. Three people stood at the counter and said hi, but nobody responded. I waited 20mins then left. Please go to another location if you really want to have a burger at Burger King. :
