Big Smoke Burger - Ottawa

I was really looking forward to trying out this restaurant. I decided to order the chicken burger. The portion was generous and the chicken was moist, although a bit bland. I thought it would come with cheese, but it did not, which was disappointing. The price was a bit high at around $11 for a chicken burger, so I gave it two stars. However, I deducted the remaining three stars due to the terrible customer service I experienced. I asked about the ingredients in the chipotle sauce due to a severe allergy to ginger, but the staff could not provide me with a clear answer. They were unwilling to check the label on the sauce and I ended up having to ask for a refund for the sweet potato side dish. If you have allergies, I would recommend staying away from this place.

I had pineapples on my burger and it was great. He had a standard rate and loved him. Not too fat, many frits for sides and with large salt and shells. Much better than you expect from a food dish and definitely a good value.

Overpriced burger. Dry and overcooked. Multiple errors on order for 2 people Combo fries and onion rings contains lots of fries and count them '3 ' onion rings. Too expensive for what you get #neveragain

I expected a fresh juicy burger and was served a thin, over cooked patty that looked and tasted like cardboard. A disgrace to the big smoke after which the place is named.

Excellent onion rings. Great fries. Burger kinda so so. Too thin and quite greasy. Had chipotle BBQ burger. Like that you can get frings (half fries half onion rings).
