After reading the reviews, I tried Sushi Fresh a few weeks ago personally. When I asked about the gluten-free menu, they immediately began wiping the countertops and offered me gluten-free Tamari instead of soy sauce I did not even ask! After this great experience I ordered from them again through Uber. I noticed “Allergy: Gluten (celiac” and ordered gluten-free soy sauce packages. The food was wonderful! Each box came with a label that said: "We will try our best to guarantee your allergy (Can not guarantee 100%. *Change Sushi Matte, Gloves, Rice. *Clean cutting board knife. Please note that this may affect the preparation time of your order.” I'll order again!
I ordered a variety of sushi. They took it seriously and used fresh utensils and gloves. The service was great and they were highly recommended.
