I don’t think there’s much needed to say. This was in my ice cap; because of how opaque an ice cap is (and because I don’t expect to have to check for bugs whenever I purchase a drink), I didn’t notice it until I had drank from it. When I went back to their location they only gave me $5 as compensation. We contacted Tim’s Corporate and they did nothing either.

Been coming here every morning for 3 years. Today I discovered this location has decided they don't need to carry sesame bagles anymore.Also that little manager you have in there is super rude and mean to all her employees.Lost my business. I'll be going to the Blair location from now on.Reply to owner: what's general support supposed to do? You no longer carry the bagle I buy and have thus lost my business. Pretty cut and dry.
