Tim Hortons - Ottawa

The Site Tims takes a bit for sure they seem really under staffed... but everyone behind the counter is Wonderful. Smiles, energetic. Has no problem making the customer feel good. After waiting. And they know how to make it right. I was waiting a really long time for my bagel. The girl appoligized and gave me a free hot drink for the next time i go.

This Tim Hortons offers a limited selection of food items. If you're looking for coffee, then this place has you covered. Lineups can get a little longer at peak hours, but it always moves quickly.

Great coffee, kind staff. Shout out to Margarida for always remembering my order.
