Nice little spot, nice worker, fast paced and one of the best ice creams I’ve had in a while. if you’re getting hard ice cream, they give the biggest scoops. However other items are pricey like the soft ice cream but really everything is expensive nowadays so nothing against the store. Frozen yogurt is great. Definitely coming back 10/10 for food, atmosphere, service and cleanliness. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They have a machine that is So LOUD you cannot enjoy the ice cream at peace, I suggest you fix the machine because it’s a mall mall should be peaceful

THERE WERE SMALL BLACK BUGS IN MY SLUSHIE im so disgusted they were literally all over it even on the straw i threw it out after realizig but unfortunately i was almost done the drink by the time i found out. NEVER buying from here again

Waited for 10+ minutes and no one was even behind the counter, no sign or nothing. I could understand if there was a sign but not a thing. we always come here whenever we’re at Bayshore in ottawa, disappointed
