I have been a happy client of this store for several years. Then it closed for about six weeks for renovations . Now the scoops used to scoop up ice cream for a cone or a take-out 3-scoop container are noticeably smaller. Other clients commented on this change when I was there tonight as well. The servers could add another scoop to bring the take-out up to its former size, but they won 't. I guess they 're under orders. What a cheap shot from the franchise owner. As well, I noticed tonight that the pralines n 'cream flavour has changed for the worse. It 's kind of flat and watery, not as rich. Bottom line: I 'm gone. There are a number of local ice cream joints, and I should have been supporting them earlier. Now I will. So should you.

Clean location. The lady at this store is friendly. Good selection of flavours. Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

2nd time in a row this is happening, got the take home sundae 'Chocolate brownie deluxe ' it did not have enough brownies in it and was not full. Next time I 'd probably get a DQ blizzard than get this pre-packaged second-rate nonsense.

The staff couldn’t figure out how to put two scoops of ice cream in one bowl. I wanted a waffle cone so they made two when I asked and gave them away before my order!!
