Perfect Moments Event Shoppe - Ottawa

We have ordered cookies twice now for large gatherings. Holly was fabulous to work with so helpful and kind. The cookies were like artwork (exactly what we described), but the best part was they taste outstanding which doesn't always happen with the ones with amazing decorations. We have ordered again for a upcoming bridal shower. I continue to share her name and business with family, friends and co workers. Perfect Moments is a wonderful addition to Ottawa and in the old Young's Bakery building.

I love Holly and her baked goods. Everything I’ve tried I’ve loved! Always soft and delicious. Plus, She’s always been helpful , and very creative when compiling my orders designs/themes) . 10/10 recommend. Will def order from her again!

Ordered and received for Easter weekend, 2 boxed sugar cookie assortments (10 total), 6 vanilla cupcakes and 1 cookie kit. Unfortunately, this obviously overbooked baker was rude, both when I placed my order and when I picked it up. She had forgotten to include the cookie kit and wasn’t very polite or apologetic. The vanilla cupcakes had chocolate frosting, not vanilla. When I mentioned it she said, “it’s brown, not chocolate.” ? Family agreed, it was a bland chocolate. The vanilla cupcakes were dense and quite dry. The cookies were good enough, but I’ve definitely had better luck elsewhere.
