Jeremiah Joe Coffee Downtown Ottawa

It's a great location for studying and reading, but the service wasn't great. When I came, it was pretty busy, and my drink was not what I had ordered. It was the banana honey latte special. When I asked if I could have it redone or at least add a shot of the banana syrup, they told me no. Their excuse was that whole milk absorbs the flavoring, so I wouldn't taste it; however, there was nothing there. It tasted like a normal iced latte. It wasn't worth the money. It's a shame.

Great coffee and a cozy atmosphere. Kinda a hip place. I got the blended Jeremiah Joe and it was delicious.

Always the best! Downtown is my favorite location. Jeremiah Joes is the quintessential local coffee. We are truly lucky to have them!

Lots of seating available. Outdoor seating available. Service is pretty fast. The hot chocolate I had was superb. The temperature was perfect, not excessively hot. I appreciate being able to drink my beverage without waiting 20 minutes for it to cool down. Texture was just right. Definitely coming back again.

Been here 3 times already in the past year when in town. Always one of their special coffees as a treat. Taste smooth, not harsh. This time had the Banana toffee iced mocha. Not heavy banana flavor wgich I like. Always treated nice here even if busy.
