The chicken tacos are pretty good, the shells are nice and crisp. It was my first time having them and I would order them again.

First time at an El Pollo Loco. $15 for a combo which seemed really steep. Burrito was not that great. Probably wouldn’t visit another location.

Food was great. I eat there a lot services always good. They accept food stamps. Drive-through is nice and quick and lobby is always clean.

Popped in today to get a quick meal. I can’t remember when I had customer service as attentive and delightful as I did today from Lisseth. Thank you!
