Subway - Otego

Rudest subway employee I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

We ordered ahead a few times now and have picked up sandwiches with wrong ingredients or ingredients that were substituted without approval. After getting sick the last time I ate here, we've decided this isn't the best Subway to visit.

Kathy, the food preparer was not friendly. She was not rude but was not welcoming either. She prepared sloppily but what gives this rating a 2 was the fact the bread was not fresh. Subway primarily makes subs. Breads must be fresh for the foundation of a good sandwich. Subway prides itself as making fresh bread right there in the store. The bread stove is right there so the customers can see them. We asked for the Italian foot long turkey sub. Unfortunately we took the sub to go and when we got home and unwrapped it, we found to be not fresh. The bread was hard on the ends and not very tasty.

I went in Tuesday night got 3 subs and it was not. Enough meat on my sub I got. Jipt off and. It didn't feel like a sub it was like a sandwich but. It was good but. Could use more meat and veg

The service at this restaurant was exceedingly slow. Despite there being four people ahead of me in line, it took nearly 20 minutes to be served. The establishment either needs to hire more staff or work more efficiently to expedite service.
