Bidra med feedbackThe food itself is good. Solid at least a 7/10. The service is bad, they are trying but they need better training and more staff. The wait time was almost an hr although we were booked and on time. The menus are nasty, torn and dirty. The mood lighting is nice but too dark at each table. Individual table lighting is needed. My dad who is in his 60s and wears glasses really struggled to read the menu and even see his food. The seats are also quite hard and uncomfortable. The main problem is really the wait time.
There are quite a few food outlets here including Ampersand, Brothers Beer and Saku Saku. There are a few spots in the front area but it is usually full. We stopped by for lunch at Ampersand and took a look around since we were here. There are a few shops around as well as a Farro supermarket. It's not very big but does have quite a few options for either eating or shopping.
A really lovely combination of businesses and super close to the basin walkway! Love to grab a smoothie bowl and then go for a walk afterwards on a good day. Parking can be really hard though so plan to frustrated by that. It is also a very busy road so best to be cautious. I usually prefer to take my bike if I can just to avoid the headache. Another good option is to take the train since it is very close to a station.
Great boutique shopping centre with gift shops, craft brewery, cafes and eateries, and of course our favourite supermarket in Auckland.
We came for breakfast and it's was delicious! I had the breakfast burrito which was super filling and tasty. My partner had eggs bene which he said was very tasty but the sauce was overpowering. Nice atmosphere and attentive staff.
