White Castle - Oswego

While I would normally not post a fast food place, I went here recently and had an experience that I had nowhere else. I ordered a split 10-pack, with 5 things and 5 with another. The Lord confirmed my order and when I went into the window, he asked to confirm it so that they could make sure it was right. After all, the woman who gave me my food was really happy and pleasant. Too often fast food outlets have employees who seem to hate their job and could not care if your order was correct or wrong. Well done White Castle. Well done.

I was just riding thru and the crew I spoke to was nice. I ordered the impossible burger both times that I left and it takes a while to make it. But if I get it, the food is hot and the pages I ordered, where also (they obviously did not draw the pages until the main part was done what I guess). The only reason why it is 4 stars is because it has taken more to get my meal than other White Castles in the area.

White Castle is one of the slowest places in the world of this place is no exception. The employees told me to move forward what I did, but they meant to stretch the side of Zone 2. I wait a little longer than an eternity to get my food. While waiting seems to be a business model, the food is good. The staff is usually friendly.

The meatless impossible burger is the best vegetarian burger I ever had! You won't even know! And it's better than the regular slider! Great work White Castle! Thank you.

I havent been to a White Castle in years. Just never really had a stomach for it. But my Mother and I came here during lunch rush and theres only 4 people working in the back. Drive thru and dining is FULL and these people busted their butts to get everyones order. First time i've seen hard working people like this in a long time. Very very satisfied.
