Hello first, I have to apologise for having just made a picture of my pizza, but I was so excited that I forgot to make more pictures. I think that's a lot about the pizza. Freshly baked in a stone oven, you can choose the coating yourself or choose between over 30y different variations. The dough is not too thick, but how to stamp it in many stone oven pizzas not thin. Tastefully the dough can convince without coating. The ingredients for coating the pizza are fresh and, depending on the pizza, either thin or even really thick. Compared to many other pizzas, the cover is not homeopathically distributed, but generously as seen on the picture. The pizzeria (if I can call it this) is quite small and inconspicuous directly on the street. But as soon as you enter, you can look into an open kitchen with a huge pizza oven where you can watch in preparing your favorite pizza. Unfortunately, the guest room is very small and has only approx. 5 standing places, but despite the lack of space, I recommend the pizza directly on site to eat fresh from the oven. The difference is remarkable. Rare I have seen such a place where there are so many people in line 10 minutes before the opening, so I recommend calling and pre-ordering. However, due to the large stone oven, the waiting time is more than acceptable on site. Unfortunately, I only have one or twice a year to watch over and enjoy the pizza. Too bad the 370km are too far to deliver. ;
