Together with friends had an unforgettable night. You know, from the ringing, you feel the curiosity growing in your guests. The aperitific on one of the most beautiful skyrockets along the coast is a full-scale. A blower southern pinxos and the generous poured gin tonics give trust for the rest of the night. When the sea brews in strength, we'll be invited into the large guest table at the fire. Perfect grilled gambas on the bbq, a delicious crab cannelloni and a spicy pan mussels, we're clearly near sea! Yet Heidi Alain doesn't want to see us go out hungry, and so there's another botical piece of meat on the grill. In awaiting, we'll deguster another hot spicy lamb shot. Locking up with an artificial ladyblanche, of course, with fresh melted chocolate sauce! For who Alain knows, unnecessary to mention that the glasses were never empty and we drank some excellent wines. Choosing the pousse-cafe out of the open assortment might have been the hardest assignment! In short, it was a night that we'll remember for a long time and a lot of fun. Also the Bruggers and the Gentlers in our company were loving. The most important thing is to keep this address a secret and so always be sure that we can get there.
