It was a beautiful family room with great staff and a friendly atmosphere, after being squeezed like lemons there was nothing left. In addition, we had a very bad experience with one of the new employees (early 40s with glasses who took the liberty of kicking people out of the changing rooms by literally yelling at them 15 minutes before the end. We need to review the notions of respect and kindness. A few weeks ago, he also refused to serve us two cans at 10:30 p.m., 30 minutes before the bar closed, citing the excuse of being understaffed (complicated to serve two cans... What was my surprise when I saw 3 men coming out 10 minutes after us with their arms full of beers As a result, we no longer consume this and no longer spend 1 cent in this room.
I really like this place, to come and go climbing and/or have a drink. The downside: the account opened to a single name who manages the table, especially when it is on the terrace, does not seem to me to be the best solution, far from it. I won't elaborate, it's not my style, but that definitely needs to be revisited...

Having been a subscriber for several years, I see the room deteriorating day by day. To begin with, there is an obvious lack of maintenance of the installations: The toilet tap at the entrance has been out of order, as have the hand dryer and the soap dispenser for several weeks (or even several months? . There are two showers on the men's side which no longer work, for the 4 which remain, there are drainage problems... You also have to keep pressing the push button which does not stay engaged. This has been going on for several months now. Lockers are broken and in poor condition, they are never replaced or repaired. What are you waiting for to make the necessary repairs? On top of that, there is a real hygiene problem. Everything is dirty. Changing room, lockers, benches... For the showers, sauna, hammam, it's downright disgusting, there is mold everywhere. Can you plan for a major cleaning and review your cleaning policy? Finally, to be complete, I'm still going to talk about the climbing walls, that's the positive point, fortunately. The blocks are varied and change regularly. There are several openers therefore different styles. Thank you to them for offering us a good climbing experience despite not being in a satisfactory environment. Regarding the restaurant, I haven't eaten there for 3 years, but at the time the burgers were good. Given the subscription price, the minimum would be to offer facilities in good condition and clean
