Hy's Sushi Hovin - Oslo

I have experienced problems every time I have placed an order at this restaurant. Whether it's receiving too little soy sauce or smaller portions of food, there always seems to be a mix-up. During my most recent takeaway order, I specifically requested the correct amount of soy sauce in the comment section. Despite this, I only received two soy sauce packets for my three main meals.

For the prize this was not worth it. We got hald of our orders wrong and all of our soups tasted like pure sugar. The quality and Sushi was great. We waited 40 minutes for food got wrong order. Some great dishes but I think there’s better options.

The restaurant has a large selection of asian food . From my experience the food is good, and very much to the expected norm for this type of restaurant. Prices are mostly reasonable although some items are a bit overpriced. The staff is pleasant. When ordering take away the food can sometime take more than estimated times. The restaurant is sometimes closed for surprising lengths of times, so it is important to check more than hours on google.

Never have i ever experienced such awful service as i did at this place! I have been at the restaurant several times, and also placed many take-away orders with them. My first comment is that the quality of the food varies A LOT. Sometimes everything is amazing, and sometimes it's just plain awful. The prices have gone up, and i am ok with that as long as you can serve the quality to justify it, but lately everything i have ordered has been either extremely small portions, or just not tastefull at all. My second comment is that the customer service in the restaurant is so ridiculously bad. The waiters are just standing behind the bar, looking at their phones or talking to each other. If you want more water, you have to get it yourself. If you want to pay, you have to go to the counter yourself. If you want or need anything, you have to fix it yourself because the waiters won't pay you any attention what so ever. They couldn't even handle serving the main course after i was done with my appetizer, which is pretty silly when the restaurant is almost empty. The seats outside is very uncomfortable, and if you got little attention inside the restaurant, you certainly won't get any attention outside. I used to order from them almost once a week before, now i hardly do it once a month because i'm so disappointed in them...
