Mineshaft Oshkosh

Disgustingly oily, mushy and excessively salted all you can eat fish fry. The chowder was a sloppy mess and overseasoned with garlic. The house take on tartar sauce is a slimy slew of lumpy mayonnaise. See the pics. Celebrated a child's birthday recently.Food was good, ordered a few drinks for adults and ALL 3 drinks were extremely heavy on the alcohol, now I'm sure some would not complain but many drink for flavor and not effect.Parking: Plenty of parking even for large trucksKid-friendliness: Can get a bit pricey entertaining the kiddos in the game room for more than 45min. $150 in tokens goes quick.

Just had the all you can eat Friday fish fry, the fish fry is pretty darn good,the perch is priced pretty good compared to other businesses in the area,plus it is one of the only restaurants that offer all you can eat, the service is fast,we did not wait long, to get our food,drinks are priced good and is a big place with plenty of seating,plus a game room for adults or kids.The restaurant has a bar area with tables for seating if you want to watch a variety of sports.Mineshaft also has a bakery on the otherside of the building with a good selection deserts and bread.

Wonderful breakfast as we were seated near the fire pit, which kept us comfortably warm. The restaurant was short-staffed that day, with one very hard working waitress left to handle it all. I see why dinner at night is so popular and the place is jammed packed. I had a delicious breakfast and have not yet ventured in for dinner but I plan to soon.

Went for Breakfast. Got to sit by fire pit. Only 1 waitress. Ordered eggs bacon, cakes over medium. Eggs were runny. I ate them anyway. Waitress did her best, considering her co workers decided not to come to work. The cook ? Too bad there was no Attention to detail. The cook ruined the meal. If you order eggs, just get scrambled. Could be the cook can't read English?
