SALMONELLA WARNING Got their chicken, it tasted off, like a bit gamey which is what raw chicken would taste like. I didn’t think about it much yesterday because I was so hungry at work. 6 hours later I was violently ill and almost had to go to the ER. Come to find out I had food poisoning and it’s likely salmonella because all symptoms for it check. Worst I’ve ever felt my entire life, I would not want to wish I felt to my worst enemy. This is the second time I found food here undercooked, but this time I got sick. If there are trace amounts of salmonella in food, you typically should not get sick (unless immunosuppressed), but there must have been so much bacteria for me to be this ill.
The food was great the employees were great but it was literally, literally, freezing in the restraunt. : they really need a better set up. The employees had brought in heaters to their working station just to manage the cold, but the customers had no heat. One employee was complaining how cold her feet were to the other crew members. I felt awful for them. Despite being frozen they were friendly, curious, and still served with a smile. I hope corporate can step in and fix this issue and hopefully compensate their employees for the terribly cold working condition.

I waited for over 20 minutes for 1 strawberry milkshake. Every customer that had ordered after me had been served before I finally had to ask if they had an order for me. I overheard the employees saying they didn't have it. It must be a glitch. (I had the receipt in my email and on the app) After I made them aware that I was waiting on a milkshake, they made it immediately. I understand things happen. It would have been nice if someone had at least asked what I was waiting on at the pick-up counter. The milkshake didn't disappoint. The service did.
