Starbucks - Oshawa

This is normally my go to Starbucks and my favourite place to study. However the last week or so, 3 separate times I have either been told the café is closing early and I must leave or I drive there and there is a sign on the door saying the café is closed. It’s very frustrating and wish there was a way to post the closing of the café. I love this Starbucks and never have had a complaint about it but this situation and I am assuming it is a staffing problem, is very inconvenient for your customers and hope you figure out this situation quickly or find a better way to accommodate your customers. I am not sure why closing the cafe for people that get a couple things and then study for a bit without bothering anyone is the answer.

I have been to Starbucks many times in the past. The staff always made me feel important and special and I felt that I was treating myself by going there. That said, the last few times I have been there, I have noticed that people that use the drive-through are treated with a much higher priority than the people who turn their engines off and walk into the store to order. The service in store is now very slow and I no longer enjoy going to Starbucks as a result. As a result, I go there far less often now.
