Square Boy Pizza - Oshawa

I recently moved into the area and wanted to check out the local pizza place in the neighborhood.I walked in an ordered a large mushroom pizza. I paid and was told it would be 20-25 minutes. I left and came back to the store 20 minutes later, I sat down and witnessed the 3 kitchen staff and 1 driver joking around, planning which bars they were going to go to after their shift. About 10 minutes later, I stood up to find out the status of my pizza, I saw it come out of the oven overcooked and one staff member yelling for assistance from another to see, if the pizza was "passable or not", he stated yes and added additional cheese to the pizza. When he handed me the pizza, I opened it up to see the overcooked pie and he tried to convince me that it was fine. I requested my money back, and he wasn't sure how to refund a pizza through debit. He needed the manager to complete the transaction, who was outside talking with someone from the tavern next door.She didn't even acknowledge me or my concerns, she just tried to figure out how to refund the pizza, as she stated she had never done this before. Overall, I wasted 40 minutes of my time, experienced a complete disregard to customer service, and will never order a pizza from this location ever again.

Lots of toppings and just right amount of sauce. 555 Rossland rd. Rossland Square is the one I get my food from. Staff very friendly. Food made just right every time

We used to frequent this restaurant because it was conveniently located near The Tartan Tavern, but the quality declined due to poor franchisees. However, we recently heard that the food and management had improved, so we decided to give it another try. After reading a positive review, we became regular customers once again.

This place was going down the tubes and looked like it was all over. Then one of the company managers (friend of mine) took it over and ran it personally. Now the place is run by a great team of people and they turn out some of the best pizzas around. It is conveniently located almost next door to The Tartan Tavern - nice place to wait for the pizza. Only downside is that it is takeout only.

Don't waste your time and money on it. I was told it would be an 1 1/2hr for my pizza, got there 1 1/2 hrs later and they hadn't even started making it yet!! No apologies or anything. I ended up cancelling that order, but a few weeks later tried again, because my kids really wanted to try it.....it was super expensive, and no one even like it!!
