Bidra med feedbackHate McDs that cheat the ordering system to cut down their times for corporate.The order number system is for customers, and gets broken entirely when staff are gaming the system.(They 're doing it because this location is very slow) When a metric becomes a target, it ceases to be a good metric. When will McD learn this?
October 4, 2023 In search of my morning caffeine fix, I opted for McDonald's. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency with which the staff handled orders and promptly called customers up to the counter. I unintentionally ordered a small coffee, but the mistake was graciously rectified, and it was promptly upgraded to a medium without any hassle. The staff exhibited a friendly demeanor, the establishment maintained a high level of cleanliness, and, above all, my coffee was prepared to perfection. Much appreciated!
Took 20 min this morning to get my meal. when i complained to the counter staff, they told me i was wrong it has not been 20 min and i need to be patient. i showed them my receipt stat9ing i ordered at 8:40am and it was currently 9:00 am. the 2 ladies working the front in the morning are so slow and disorganized it hurts to watch them. Tim hortons across the hall got through about 20 ppl in the same time these ladies served 5.
Spend over $50 at this location for food and they can't even make sure each meal isn't missing items. I still don't understand how 4 combo meals can be missing drinks and dips. Do you guys even have employees that take pride in working for your establishment this is unreal.Do better or find new employees that care about customer needs. It's not that hard to double or even triple check orders.
They can't always be perfect with calling out order numbers ?
