Jimmy the greek - Oshawa

This restaurant is family-owned and serves authentic Greek cuisine. I have visited multiple times and have always been pleased with the experience. My friends especially enjoyed the vegetarian options. I personally love their chicken souvlaki with roasted garlic potatoes, rice, and Greek salad. The spanikopita is also a favorite of mine. The service can be a bit slow when the restaurant is busy, as it is family-run. We had a reservation for a group of 25 people and there was a bit of a wait for everyone to be served, but it wasn't too bad. I have not yet tried any desserts because I am always too full after finishing my meal.

I always order the chicken souvlaki at this restaurant. It is delicious and I have never had any issues with it. The chicken is cooked perfectly. The rice and potatoes are also cooked to perfection. The salad with olives compliments the meal nicely. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I would give this place more than five stars. It is excellent all around. The prices are very reasonable, making it the best option!

I ordered a salad and a chicken skewer. As I was eating the salad, I kept finding old, bad lettuce mixed in with the fresh lettuce. This had never happened before and was disappointing, as the food at this restaurant is usually of good quality.

1st) The salad dressing is NOT homemade, dispite other reviewers stating it is. I was there on a Sat when they chugged it out of a big gallon bottle. It is Kraft brand...But could not see the name of the dressing! I'm def trying to find it in the store...No luck yet! I have not had anything I have not loved! Their gyros meal. Their pork, chicken and spinach pie are all great!

This is located in the food court of the Oshawa mall. Food is always very fresh and the service is very quick. Love their food.
