This quaint diner in Osborne Park offers plenty of parking (a rarity in the area). The food is delicious and reasonably priced. However, there is some confusion with its branding as signs throughout refer to it as the Jumping Beans Cafe.

The restaurant, now known as Jumping Beans, offers high-quality food and excellent service. The only drawback is that it is on the pricier side compared to other lunch spots in the area.

I love this place. Really Really well priced and have great pork and gravy rolls!!

Unhappy customer I went to the counter and ask the girl for a hot chicken roll with mayo.
