When he walked in, a chime sounded, and our food was sitting on a table. He overheard two girls at the back discussing how he wasn't coming to pick up the food, suggesting that he was the same person who always ordered and never showed up. He had to announce that he was indeed there before they finally came to the front. They apologized and insisted that the chime had not gone off. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Zen is currently only offering carryout and has locked its doors due to COVID-19. We waited in the parking lot from the time we placed our order until we picked up our food. About 20 minutes after ordering, we called to check if it was ready, and they confirmed it was. We informed them we were outside and heading in, but while paying, my boyfriend's card slipped between the seat and console, so we needed to retrieve it. After about 30-45 seconds, he got it out and walked inside. The door chime rang as he entered, and he noticed our food just sitting on a table. He overheard two girls in the back chatting, suggesting he wasn’t coming and that he was probably the same person who always orders and never picks up. He had to emphasize he was right there three times before they finally approached the front, apologizing and claiming the chime hadn't gone off. Despite the misunderstanding, the food was delicious.
