Taco Bell - Osage Beach

It took some time for my order to arrive, but I understand they were short-staffed and quite busy. I want to give them credit, especially after my recent experience at Wendy's next door. Despite the staffing issues, they kept the dining room open and managed to work around a maintenance worker who was fixing the security cameras. One employee even gave me vouchers for free tacos to apologize for the wait and helped assemble my order while others were a bit disorganized. Plus, they were all properly dressed! Take note, Wendy's!

The food is good, but I didn't give it a 5-star rating because of the drive-thru service. I ordered a few malts and a soda, and the employee at the window took my money, thanked me, and closed the window. This was after waiting for the two cars ahead of me to receive their orders. How long does it really take to pour a lime drink or make a malt?
