Vegetariano El Huerto - Oruro

I have visited Vegetariano El Huerto several times. Upon arriving, if you request a vegan lunch, you will be served a soup, a rice dish, and you can also help yourself to the salad bar. The menu changes daily and the food is simple yet delicious, all for just 15bs! The restaurant is only open for lunch hours, Monday to Friday.

The menu is excellent, super complete and abundant, and only for 2 dollars and something. The owner is super friendly and tells him the vegan options, there are also à la carte dishes. The food is delicious, it has very good season. You can't lose yourself.

We visited the restaurant in November 2017. It is very affordable, which I believe all vegan restaurants should be. Most of the menu is vegan and the portions are generous. I dined there every day during my time in Oruro and even had to take some leftovers home in a doggy bag on some occasions. The food was very nutritious, with a variety of legumes and vegetables. Overall, it was a great experience!

Only open for dinner. a different host table every day. Very well, cheap.
