Gasthof Albergo Somont - ORTISEI

Picturesque location 1 mile outside of Ortisei. Family run gasthof with freshly prepared food. Delicious lamb ravioli with lamb sourced at the property. Weinerschnitzel and spaghetti carbonaro were wonderful. Prices were very inexpensive.

We hardly return to a place where we have already been. But at the Somont restaurant you can't give up. For the location, friendliness and cuisine, one of the most typical of the whole valley. To be recommended.

Dinner in a cool summer evening. Spectacular view, authentic food and fast treatment, of a few words but friendly. Congratulations on the best studel eaten in Val Gardena.

We stopped for a fast lunch in this place very nice food house and plentiful beautiful view over the whole valley.
