Bidra med feedbackThe only disappointment was done, there were few other people who had to enjoy a wonderful evening meal. the food was excellent. we chose a modest local wine that they can rarely go wrong into these and choose from the a la carte menu....kings were good; presentation fantastic; taste was from this world. the best we found in this extended stay in le marche.
We visited the restaurant of ivo for three years in order. this year we were very surprised to see the changed menu. but what a great surprise was it. we ate the most beautiful pasta with local “Tartufo”, lamb and exquisite deaf. not to suffocate the desserts. instead of regular pizza, this restaurant serves real high-end food for a really affordable price. Maybe not all will appreciate that, but if you want to eat something special, they simply visit la pink dei venti. they will not be dissapointed.
From a good local restaurant this has become something very special since we last visited. varied cooking with high quality local ingredients from an excellent young chef. cannot wait to return.
All about this place had a wonderful upgrade. it was always a friendly and pleasant place, but it has experienced a revolution. the meal was wonderful, not exaggerated! I don't think I've ever had such a delicate lamb in my life. Everything...works the ambiente, the service and the eating. highly recommended.
There's been a revolution at this place: after a few years of serving dependable, if slightly generic, Marchigiano food they've got in a new young chef, and started serving excellent, inventive food, unique in the area. Can't recommend highly enough: we went once and...couldn't believe the transformation, so went back the following night it was even better. The tasting menu was brilliant (and even had a vegetarian version which is pretty rare round here) with some simple ingredients lifted into greatness by the thoughtful way they were prepared. The lamb was amazing, as was the beetroot and orange pasta, local mushrooms, and the amazing chocolate dessert. Easily on a par with the best city restaurants. At a time when the region is still recovering from last year's earthquakes, it's very impressive to see this restaurant move into ambitious, confident cooking with such success. We can't wait to go back.
