Located on the shore of Lake Orta, in the square with the landing stages, it has a beautiful view of the island of San Giulio, with several outdoor tables to enjoy the sun. The kitchen offers refined and very tasty dishes, for all palates. Personally I chose a truly exceptional first and second course of fish. Perfect courtesy and hospitality from the staff. Nice surprise in Orta, an apparently tourist restaurant turns out to be of excellent quality, with local products and a well-stocked cellar. I had a piece of fassona with a very pleasant hazelnut mayonnaise, tajarin with venison ragù and as dessert a selection of Piedmontese cheeses (for more detailed descriptions of the first two dishes I have attached photos of the menu), all excellent, pleasantly plated and with excellent service. impeccable, they are attentive, friendly and prepared, the boy who came to my table even briefly told me the history of the convent on the island in the center of the lake, which I was lucky enough to enjoy from the table directly overlooking the stupendous panorama Well done, I'll be back!!
