Bidra med feedbackI always order ahead, to save time in my way to work, so this time wasn’t the exception, I ordered 4 items, one of the drinks was for a coworker, I was sooo embarrassed when she took a sip and discovered that her drink had spoiled milk, be aware, smell/check your orders in place to avoid this kind of situation, employees should check the expiration dates of their products or check carefully how they handle and store perishables before using them.
Went in to get a cup of coffee , she brewed a brand new pot , which was for my husband. I will go back to try something else .
Really disappointed-I ordered a tall decaf oatmilk latte and the label was correct and the barista said it was decaf, however it was caffinated. How do I know? Because I am allergic to caffeine and had an allergic reaction that started after 2 sips. We were traveling , so didn't stop to return. I am angry that I pay over $5.00 for a drink that is incorrect and put my health in jeopardy.
The employees are not friendly nor are they rude. They are just... Nothing.Can I say they need to be more personable. Make a customer feel less non important.Perhaps Starbucks is starting to get a little too confident and cocky.. especially with the high cost, and prices being so inflated...They should work harder to make paying customers feel appreciated, less assembly line .
