Dunkin' - Orono

Go daily to the Sunoco Dunkin s, great service. Great staff. About never has messed up making my coffee. Love this location.Kid-friendliness: My girls love going in and saying hi.

Best price for a coffee at this DDs still 301. Most others keep going up. Three price increases last year.

Unless I’m missing something, maybe Dunkin is very inclusive of mute employees. It makes me so uncomfortable when I go through the drive thru and they just don’t say anything? Even when I say thank you they just look at me blankly. I’ve never cared about customer service quality but just maybe training employees to use big words like “you’re welcome” or “hello” would help to not make people uncomfortable. However, the food and coffee is good and I guess that’s what matters.

Food comes out ok, they don’t carry oat milk which isn’t a huge deal. Girl at the drive through window just rolls her eyes if you say thank you. Definitely not a friendly person. Don’t even consider going inside to order if you don’t have 20 minutes to stand there waiting for somebody to help you. All-town bathrooms are probably the worst in the area
