Tim Hortons - Oromocto

I'm really confused because I bought the lasagna soup tonight and it should come with a roll of bread. Other places offer you a donut or another bread product when this happens, but that is not what happened. I was not asked if I wanted to replace another article like Donut or Bisquit. When I asked for a panini roll, as there was no role, I was charged for it. Of course I didn't put it on my order, but I felt like I wanted the role that comes with it, but shouldn't be extra for something that should be included in the meal. Maybe next time I go to Restigouche Rd because it never happened to me. I'm just a little po'd. Don't all employees get the same training and can the simple decision to offer you something else for the same price if they run from a similar tax rate? It frustrated.

I ordered a spicy crispy chicken it was very good. Bread was burnt a little but it actually tasted pretty good with this sandwich

This location is great during non peak times but during peak times it is hell trying to get anything besides coffee. I've never had my order be correct at this location unless it's during the slow periods of the day and going here for lunch is like playing roulette. It's a miracle if they have anything besides donuts and even then they sell out quickly of the best ones.

They have lots of sandwiches, chili, soup donuts etc.i really like the pinini sandwiches and their chili.

Always good friendly service and quality product. Located just off the highway with easy access and parking. Bring the kids
