Mama's Famous Pizza Heros - Oro Valley

Way overpriced for what you get! I had an eggplant parm hero. Nothing like what i'm used to from the east coast. So small. So little sauce. So little cheese. I will never eat there again. Tucson is supposed to be a great place for culinary delights, but this place chrges premium prices skimps on everything.

I have been there 3x. First pizza was fabulous 2nd pizza ordered all sausage half mushrooms half sausage again. I think they forgot to put any sausage in it 3rd. Got there 7:30 orders 2 spaghetti dinners combo appetizers. Very crowded. Long slooow line 35.19$. Everyone after us got their. I finally asked. Got it cold ordered 2 meatballs. Have no idea if we got it was all cut both cold garlic toast cold no combo. They said we didn’t pay for it. We didn’t check the cashier. It was his job. Asked for manager. He asked us what we consider cold water on bottom of our plates. Accused of not paying or ordering combo. Never an apology. Best he could do was give us slice of pizza Got the pizza didn’t eat it there left at 9 hungry insulted called us liars. Bad service horrible horrible food. And last the come on prices. The board says spaghetti 7.95. They upped the price to 13.95. Nearly double. I know pizza is good. But beware if you ask a question that don’t. Will never go again. Never say anything nice about it. Beware beware. Bad management

Went there for a family get together wanted pizza beer pizza was good but there was no beer available we go there for pizza beer all we had was pizza should've been a sign on the door stating that there was no beer available either they were out of beer, lost their liquor license or had no one of age to serve alcohol very very disappointed

Ordered 2 spaghetti dinners one with 2 meatballs. One with sausage Combo appetizer Bill 35.19 Received cold spaghetti one meatballs. Tasted like sauce came out of can No appetizers 2 drinks They never ordered The appetizers Manager never apologized We asked for a slice of pizza. Sooo disappointed. We were hungry. So disappointed will never come back. Prices on wall never changed. 7.95 spaghetti. But increased to 13.95. Wow. Bad business protocol. Its a come on

This is the 3rd time I've order pizza online. From Mamas Ask for it to be ready at a certain time and again it is not ready. My order is big and is prepaid. I order in the AM for at 4pm pickup. They tried to charge me again for the order they had not even started the order. It was 40min late. Horrible this is my last time buying pizza here and it's not like it inexpensive
